-As Support Specialist, it is my job to assure client demands are handled in a hospitable and professional manner with both existing and new clientele.-My role includes company set us, landing page design, after-sale training, technical support, marketing, integration development, account management, and providing over-the-top customer service to high level executives.-Support Human Resources Department with recruitment, scheduling, hiring, and on-boarding process. -Track and screen resumes, collaborate with hiring managers to reroute resumes, conduct phone interviews, organize interviews, and send applicant notices. -Monitor and record Sales Department’s Performance. -Assist with accounts receivable via QuickBooks and billing processes for clients. -Management of complex calendar and scheduling requirements. -Answer telephone and support emails. -Not involved in the selling of goods and services, but in working closely with the sales team to keep clients supported and satisfied.
