Responsibilities include:- Full responsibility for behavioral dynamics of the business; values, beliefs, rituals, actions, language of studio and management teams to ensure a thriving internal and external culture- Responsible for customer experience and delivery of Psycle values - Manage set objectives/goals for the individuals within the team. Review and assess performance against targets to enable the achievement of business objectives and ensure teams are aligned - Management and evolution of Psycle people plan, including recruitment and retention.
