Sensu was acquired by Sumo Logic in June 2021. I assisted with the extensive due diligence required prior to the acquisition, and was the point of contact for employees before and during the transition. I have been working with multiple teams to migrate or update Sensu's processes and tools with Sumo Logic. This has included communicating with existing vendors/contractors regarding new billing and payment systems, sunsetting previous company benefits and business insurance policies, adjusting or canceling monthly and annual subscription contracts to limit any duplicated expenses with Sumo Logic's existing subscriptions, creating Excel or Google Sheets reports with historical data prior to cancelling any company subscriptions. Sunsetting Sensu's corporate credit card program, coordinated company 401(k) plan migration.

Heavy Water Operations pivoted in January 2017 becoming Sensu, Inc. In addition to the previous tasks performed, my roll expanded to include employee onboarding and off boarding, purchasing and tracking employee equipment, negotiating new contracts with vendors, state registrations and continued annual reporting (18 in total). Managed corporate credit card program and overall banking, travel arrangements with TripActions, customer collections using SaaSOptics, payroll processing (US and Canada), internal HR contact, assisted with company conferences and events, created employee incentives and purchased gifts for employees' life events and work anniversaries. Coordinated the migration and management to working with a PEO. Extensive use of Zoom Phone and meetings, Expensify, Trello, HelpScout. If anything administrative had to be done, I was the one to do it.
