Guest Services Associate
CurrentAs a Guest Services Associate for the UC Davis bookstore, I am the main point of contact for all customer service inquiries at the Campus Store. I provide customer service in person, through emails, and phone calls, providing help to students, faculty, campus visitors, and other departments on campus. Other work I do includes working in the AggieCard department, processing department purchase orders, helping students with Equitable Access and billing questions, online orders, conducting returns and exchanges, and completing other side tasks and projects appointed by my supervisor.
