I am a proactive, outgoing and innovative person and take pride in every task I do regardless of size or importance. I have excellent communication skills and have the ability to think on my feet and adapt to situations as they arise.I have a great passion for the outdoors and working with people so am delighted to be able to have been able to combine the two and take part in the Outdoor and Adventure Therapeutic Practice postgraduate course with the University of Highlands and Islands (UHI) recently. I look forward to exploring the avenues that this newfound knowledge and skills may lead and hope to help people rediscover their connection with the natural environment and with it it's restorative and healing properties as we navigate the continuous and fast paced urbanization and globalization of the world we live in.
