Duties included but were not limited to: ~Responsible for production of timely and accurate financial statements, journal entries, general ledger maintenance and balance sheet analysis utilizing a mid-range financial reporting system.~Work closely with owners on all matters of the development of the new location, including securing the necessary funding to strategic planning of the process from start to finish.~Manage cash flow, check production, bank reconciliations, and vendor relations.~In charge of all permits and licenses from start up to transfer to the new venture.~Produce bi-weekly payroll, garnishment management and benefits using a major payroll processing company.~Oversee all employee benefits, from inception to annual renewals.~In charge of overseeing all audits - state, local, and private, with no findings to date.

Held monthly meetings with senior staff to analyze results and implement changes to better the financial stability of the company.~Prepared detailed budgets and forecasting for all four companies with a combined operating budget of $10M.~Worked side by side with the President/CEO through a successful Chapter 11 reorganization of the management company.~Oversaw countless audits over 15+ years, one of which was an in-depth IRS audit that lasted only two days with no findings.~Responsible for all journal entries, general ledger maintenance, balance sheet analysis, prepaid and accrual accounts, and all matters with regard to the financial statements for each company.~Managed all cash flows, check productions, and bank reconciliations of 13 bank accounts.~Regularly managed accounts with over 300 vendors and maintained great relationships.~Calculated and filed all monthly and quarterly sales tax returns, property tax filings, and state/local filings.~Completed all year end tax prep for tax accountants by January of each year.~Oversaw the production of biweekly payroll for 150 - 115 employees utilizing a major payroll processing company.~Maintained and initiated all license and permits.~Initiated and was the point person for all matters with regard to the companies' weekly involvement in the Saturday Ferry Plaza Farmers Market.
