My first job was at Harvey Norman which consisted of around 30+ staff, to a Real Estate company that had 6 staff then to IBM which was around 50+ staff - I came to realise that no matter the size of the company I have been employed in, I found it easy to fit in. I love to be around people. I am a confident person who is very approachable and always helpful. Excellent organizational and problem solving skills and have good communication skills - listening, speaking and understanding what is required.I completed a weeks volunteer work experience at an Animal Shelter in Ballarat (VIC) and loved every minute of it. It was my first job which showed me responsibility, commitment and to do the best job possible which resulted in being a great place to work. All my traits and skills that I have gained while in the work force I would like to express/use in my next role.
