My daily responsibilities included but were not limited to the over all daily operations of a fireworks tent for a 2 week period, during which time I was on the job 24/7 assiting in the security of the merchandise. I hand selected & hired my own staff, took inventory of all merchandise before taking it off the truck. I not only helped in the process but lead, manage & directed my staff on setting up all sales displays, I set up & run the POS system, Open & Close every day, drawer count & deposit nightly, daily inventory counts on merchandise on floor. I ordered more product as needed. Met & greeted customers as well as answered any questions they had about the product. Also delt with any customer resolutions when needed. Ensuring that my customers needs & happiness were met at all times. Lastly was the tare down of the stand which included final inventory count which included all damaged & defective merchandise. Packing the merchandise back into their correct boxes and loading them back onto the truck.

** Worked in a fast paced environment which allowed me to learn how to multitask several things at once.** Flexibility, dedication and determination was a must in this role, as my position required me to be on call 24/7. ** I lead a team of 8 to 10 drivers on a daily basis. I kept track of where they were at all times by setting check in points that were safe locations for them to make contact. I corrected issues with any upcoming runs that the drivers may have. Kept track of road and travel conditions especially during bad weather conditions.** I engaged with Customers, Patients, and Clients alike by greeting them with a warm, friendly smile whether it be in person or through the phone. ** Assisted customers with anything they might need for their upcoming trip i.e. specific vehicle to simply not the driver they were wanting. ** I personally made it my mission to ensure that any and all issues & complaints were handled directly by myself, and they were handled with knowlege of the account as well as any current issues.**By being kind, compassionate & understanding to the situation and having experienced knowlege in conflict resolutions it allowed for me to efficiently and effectivly come to a quick resolution, thus, allowing the customer to feel satisfied and that their voice and opinion mattered.*I Efficiently & effectively ensured time management skills by scheduling and routing multiple pick up and drop off times as well as locations for our medical transportation division. **Negotiated contracts as well as pricing terms and agreements** Training new hires as well as retraining current employees in various areas with in the company.**Inventory, weekly data reports, answering multiple phone lines and transferring to designated party.** Experience in multiple online portal sites for various different clients.
