Establishes marketing objectives and strategies for product lines to achieve market share goals and profitability through development of the overall strategic and marketing plans. Oversees product line specific advertising and promotional activities including print, electronic and direct mail outlets. Works with key opinion leaders in the market to develop clinical research and outcome information.

Supported three independent product launches under the professional consumable product lines, successfully executing the following pre-market activities: value proposition definition, packaging content & design, DFU-creation, marketing collateral, sales training materials and multilingual translations of all materials for international market readiness. Independently managed all upstream and downstream activities for a fourth product launch while also managing the cross-functional launch team & financial elements. Performed targeted customer segmentation analysis, list pull and deployment for various direct marketing activities. Developed and updated training content and product presentations for domestic and international sales force.
