As the lead technologist in Molecular Diagnostics, I am responsible for daily oversight of clinical testing, reviewing and record keeping of quality control documents, patient results, and validations. I draft and review procedures (SOPs), order supplies, and work closely with laboratory leadership to plan new assay validations and carry out those validations to expand the Molecular test menu.

I started at Victoria's Secret as a seasonal retail associate but quickly cemented my loyalty to the brand. I continued past the holiday season and was eventually promoted. My duties included customer service, opening and closing of the store, direction of floor staff, and maintenance of daily finances and marketing tools.
