Current- Providing daily customer service in-person, by phone and email
- Managing all passholder sales and passholder cancellations
- Oversighting front desk staff, creating standard operating procedures.
- Training new staff and current staff with the latest and updated procedures. Scheduling all Guest Services staff with the appropriate timing and dates that are required.
- Interviewing new applicants, completing new hire paperwork and processing payroll as needed.
