I am a versatile and accomplished preschool teacher and Assistant Director with over five years of experience in both classroom instruction and administrative management. As a skilled leader, I successfully managed a team of teachers to ensure a safe and nurturing learning environment for all students. My exceptional time management skills and hands-on leadership style enable me to collaborate effectively with others to achieve common goals. I received my Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, and I am passionate about using my expertise to inspire and empower students to reach their full potential. In addition to my work in the classroom, I strive to give back to my community by volunteering locally. As the Student Outreach Coordinator, I make connections with neighboring institutions to allow my center to be a site for student teachers to come and complete their required field hours. I am also proficient in many technology platforms, which allows me to design and implement engaging lesson plans that support student learning and growth.
