Adjunct faculty for the University of Providence Medical Assistant Certificate program - teaching in-person clinical skills lab and online theory and science of medical assisting.

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in supporting management and facilitating state-level, moderate-complexity, lab compliance and function among multiple clinics.• Complete understanding of data collection and management policy, ensuring all studies are conducted, maintained, and documented in accordance with research protocol, UCSF, federal, state, FDA and regulatory agency guidelines. • Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment to ensure timely completion of all projects.• Independent undertaking of routine studies, while also establishing a track record of problem- solving and management-approved, cost-saving innovations. • Friendly, courteous and with a detailed knowledge of physical procedures, including general Intake, ECG’s, vaccine, antibiotic, vitamin B12, and birth control administration by injection, specimen collection, PPD skin test administration and interpretation, phlebotomy, standard operating procedures, and patient education. CPR certified.• Fluent in Spanish, conversant in Portuguese, and overall excellent communication skills. Experienced in training students in lab and medical procedures.
