Manage a multilevel team of two senior accounting consultants and two staff accounting consultants, collectively responsible for the monthly accounting cycle of Coram Infusion, Coram Enteral, and CVS Specialty Pharmacy. Detailed review of journal entries, account reconciliations, and reporting distributions with a focus on accounts receivable, cash collections and bad debt reserves. Provide accounting representation for several IT projects, notably the integration of standalone Specialty Pharmacies onto existing platforms and the subledger transition from MediAR to EPIC for Coram Infusion. Preparation of monthly journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations with a focus on payroll. Compiling and distributing monthly Enterprise Benefit allocations to CVS Retail. Partner with CVS HR on semi-annual employee stock purchase, severance, contingent labor, and employee travel. Payroll and prepaid expense analysis and forecasting.
