Welcome to my profile!•I am a Researcher, Policy Professional, Prosci Certified Change Management Professional (CMP), PMI Certified Project Manager, and Fulbright Alumni currently employed at the Office of the Cabinet, Jamaica.• I have over 10 years of demonstrated experience in research design and data analysis with seven years of dedicated experience managing international donor funded projects. (Please take some time and look through my projects in the accomplishments section of my profile.)•While not a technology major at University, I have always had an interest in merging 'tech' with research to solve problems. To this end, I have built and managed a database to protect private/sensitive child related data for one organization and in another instance, authored three handbooks on adolescent technology use, guiding parents and their children on how to better navigate cyberspace and social media.•I was integral in the development and approval of the Government of Jamaica’s Service Excellence Policy and lead a team of Project Managers who are currently implementing the Programme across the public sector. I also designed and saw to the approval of the Public Sectors’ Learning and Development Policy.•I have studied the phenomenon of corruption, with one co-authored work being published in 2013.
