* Originate, develop and manage the customer relationships and develop the relationship with perspective clients to achieve the target set by the management;* Achieve the commercial, economic and risk objectives set for the customers in my portfolio, including all cross-selling initiative involving other entities of ING Group;* Monitoring the economic and risk performance of the customers in my portfolio and activating any corrective actions when necessary;* Elaborate credit proposals (in English) for the submission to the approval bodies;* Interact with other Departments within the Bank (Operations, Treasury, Credits, Risk Management, Legal, Compliance) and with the other entities of the Bank Group
