I conduct due diligence and prepare comprehensive findings reports for investment transactions, including verifying the ownership of trademarks, domains, and patents, and ensuring compliance with IIA and academic institution regulations. I I conduct legal research and analyze employment, inbound, and outbound agreements to identify potential issues. Additionally, I assist in drafting various legal documents, such as Data Protection Agreements (DPAs), Terms of Use (TOUs), and privacy policies, ensuring compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and Israeli privacy laws. I also identify and highlight "red flags" in commercial agreements to mitigate potential risks.

In my role as a Compliance and Investigation Analyst, I conducted anti-fraud, corruption, and bribery projects, utilizing Webint, OSINT methodologies, and internal intelligence tools to enforce the corporation's code of conduct and policies. I participated in designing key investigation areas, assessing risks within diverse company operations, and enhancing internal control and monitoring processes. I conducted regular reviews, audits, and data analysis to identify unusual patterns or suspicious activities and escalated findings as necessary. I managed a project to create a portal for Intel's contractors, collaborating with various stakeholders, and was responsible for daily communication with multiple security-related suppliers, providing operational instructions.
