In this role, my main priority is to resolve all escalated queries with personalising responses, finding appropriate resolutions which can include stepping outside process where needed.My role includes the following:- Dealing with sensitive issues (Weddings, funerals, allergic reactions and injuries to customers.- Correcting and issuing refunds for multiple payment methods including PayPal, SOFORT/iDEAL, Klarna, AfterPay and DataCash. - Creation of promotional codes including those for students.- Working alongside ASOS Marketplace.- Closing and opening customers accounts and carrying out any investigations around this.My role also includes a variety of admin jobs which includes the following:-Working a variety of inboxes including referrals and escalations.- With referrals inbox, working with other teams within ASOS and also outside companies including carriers (DPD, Hermes etc).- With escalations unbox, working alongside senior leadership team including our CEO.- Correcting and processing manual, failed and over refunds.- Creating and sending out gift vouchers.- Resolving queries sent across from third party platforms including Resolver, BBB and RADR.- Full information on GDPR policies.
