I am a highly motivated and target driven Data Manager.Having worked within inclusive London secondary schools for the past 12 years, I have managed an evolving administrative workload in line with changing organisational needs. I have prioritised, planned, and delivered a wide range of tasks to support the school’s efficient operation, encompassing financial administration, event management, training and mentoring, systems implementation, data entry, school census returns, installing software and reception duties.Highly proactive, I continually challenge and improve processes and systems to increase efficiency and results. I have initiated and completed key projects that have improved productivity and outcomes; researching and implementing new software, targeted literacy schemes, and partner reading programmes.With strong communication and interpersonal skills, I work well at all levels, acting as a quality first point of contact for internal and external enquiries. During my early career, I worked as a receptionist developing strong call handling and reception management skills. Having also worked as a study centre manager, I engage with students, parents, third and private sector partners to achieve the school’s goals, and also operate a service desk to provide information and guidance to the whole school community.
