Authored and directed 100+legislative equity analyses to the KY Governor, resulting in changes in law and policy. Launched, oversaw, and directed a health equity dashboard with 125 indicators.

Directed HCTC's six-year college-wide Diversity Plan utilizing intrusive organizing techniques to implement and execute DEI best practices with 12,000 students and 230 employees. Created, drafted, and streamlined DEI best practices for 16 community colleges and standardized benchmarks for 24 public higher education institutions in Kentucky.

Provided wrap-around services to co-occurring mental health and polysubstance use disorder clients. Applied urgent and emergent care to de-escalate suicidal acts.

Organized communities to amplify their voices to demand action for public health investments and access to telecommunications in the 21st century.
