As a dental therapist I provide comprehensive dental care from preventative to restorative treatments, which include radiography and use of the EMS Prophylaxis Master.I volunteered in student representative roles for three years which included a role within the college undergraduate learning & teaching committee. Ultimately I obtained the Edinburgh Leadership award by show casing my teamwork and reflective skills. As part of an Erasmus exchange programme I lived and studied in Oslo, Norway where I gained invaluable insight. I have experience in many fields of dentistry: orthodontics, oral surgery, drop in centres for the homeless, and I attended the Royal Hospital for Children & Young People to extract deciduous teeth under General Anaesthetic.At graduation I received the honour to deliver a speech on behalf of our cohort and I achieved the BSDHT Outstanding Clinical Achievement Award.
