Customer Service Representative
Current- Handle over 100+ daily inquiries through phone, email and online communication including retrieving customer data, presenting relevant product information, and facilitating orders and conflict resolution.
- Provide basic support for commercial wholesale and retail clients with a range of products and services
- Communicate with customers to investigate their individual needs, customizing their orders accordingly.
- Responsible for sample inventory and quality control to subsequently support and mitigate customer inquiries.
- Oversee data management processes as it relates to CRM for future marketing and sales support.
