• Lead People and Culture department, supporting team members and management.• Develop tools and processes for recruitment, onboarding, performance coaching, and exits.• Ensure business policies comply with current legislation.• Assist managers with performance reviews and identify training needs.• Handle employee escalations, disciplinary matters, grievances, and mentoring.• Advise on award interpretation and assist with remuneration reviews.• Create and promote employee engagement and well-being initiatives.• Maintain an up-to-date HR policy and procedure framework.• Guide workforce planning to meet organizational objectives.• Support People and Culture change management initiatives.• Provide timely advice on HR policies, procedures, and issues.• Oversee implementation of a new HRIS system.• Establish controls for performance measurement and regular reviews.
