LPN will complete tasks as follows: sign in and then retrieve keys to open the doors to the medical department. Morning check of syringes, insulin, and refrigerator temps, check and log the census. Daily arrest and released papers to be printed out next. After all paper work is done morning chronic care patients are checked. After all inmates are checked and returned verifications of medications, new intakes, answering of requests, assisting N.P. with physicals, assisting M.D. with follow- ups. A repeat of the chronic care and log checks are completed upon leaving in the evening.
