Work with Product Managers and Engineers to document PayPal APIs and create integration guides for developer.paypal.com. Documentation portfolio includes API Reference, PayPal Postman Collection, Standard Checkout, Managed Path, Pay Later Offers, Integration Builder, and Sandbox Testing. Manage the developer docs team JIRA project and lead sprint activities. Review and approve writer pull requests. Monitor and lead process improvements between docs, UX design and site engineering. Mentor junior writers and onboard new hires. Evaluate and stress test potential new CMS tools.

Created Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) documentation to support PayPal's global Pay Later launch. Documented merchant platforms such as WooCommerce and Salesforce to drive merchant adoption of BNPL. Worked with Technical Account Managers to release documentation as merchant platforms launched BNPL functionality. Documented over 40 different merchant platforms in 7 countries over the course of 6 months.

Worked with Technical Product Managers and Business Stakeholders to design, build and review helparticles. Managed upgrades and bug fixes to the Help Resource Center and DotCMS. Developed andrefined help content strategy and project processes. Additionally, worked with Technical Product Managers and User Experience Designers to develop and manage content for the Equinix Customer Portal. Projects included managing the ECP promotional space, Smart Hands redesign, and Unified Case Management.

Worked with Product Line Managers and Project Engineers to plan, track and execute documentation projects. Projects include Installation Guides, Reference Manuals, Software Administration Guides and Hardware Installation Guides for commercial networking hardware and software products. Additionally, worked with the Chief Marketing Officer, Director of Home Automation and Director of Retail Business Unit Engineering to create print and web documentation for the Arlo home monitoring system.
