Work duties include: - Serving adults with co-occurring and severe mental health disorders. - Provide psychotherapy for independent, single adults ages 25-80.- Support the development and attainment of client rehabilitation goals, including securing of housing and employment, development of a support system, increasing socialization skills.- Assist with and teach activities of daily living.- Coordinate client treatment with all other members of the treatment team, including family members, psychiatrists, primary care physicians, social workers and therapists.- Facilitate and/or co-facilitate psycho-educational groups and recreational/social activities.
