At Fiserv, I lead the product team for a financial technology platform that supports 400k merchants, processing $100B+ in annual credit card payments. The team never stops delivering new features, whether we are automating error-prone manual processes or adding new value-added services for a more integrated customer experience. As the user base scaled, we have transformed the software development lifecycle of our products by instituting a feature request prioritization system, investing in a dedicated user research team for early concept exploration, as well as fostering a commercialization practice to ensure operational readiness ahead of tech deployments.I started my career as a research analyst for an investment firm that specializes in regional bank M&A and shareholder activism. After returning to school to complete a Master's in Integrated Product Design (UPenn), I employed service design methods at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania (HUP) to improve pregnancy complication interventions and patient experience in the emergency room. At Fiserv, I enjoy every day blending my background in finance and human-centered design to deliver profitable, feasible, and delightful products to our customers.When not working, you will find me building something with my hands, from ceramic sculptures to jewelry pieces. I live and work in the suburbs of Philadelphia.
