Whilst working with an innovative and modern marketing agency I preform a number of different roles. These include responding to inboxes and monitoring all social media platforms based around the clients needs and target audiences. I ensure all admin related concerns are taken care of and correctly populated into excel sheets and google documents. I’m also involved in campaign ideas.

Whilst working at Vanilla home décor I fulfilled a multitude of different roles. These include managing existing clients and their accounts. Duties also included managing online enquiries and setting up appointments between the clients and designers. I was also in charge of all the relevant admin for the business. During my time at vanilla home décor I was promoted to executive assistant/ office manager.

Whilst working at a corporate and promotional gifting company as an Accounts Manager I have a vast amount of duties. These include managing existing clients and accounts whilst handling new leads and building new client relationships. Duties included finding a product suited to the client’s desired quality, budget and relevance to the event taking place. Time constraints are often immense and therefore strict scheduling and follow up procedures are necessary. The introduction of initiatives is often needed to increase customer satisfaction and retention. Daily duties include following up with clients, sourcing items the client has approved , ensuring mock ups and artwork are complete and submitted , taking new lead via calls and email and completing admin related duties.

Whilst studying at UCT I worked for Bardelli’s kitchen in the capacity of a waitress and hostess. I performed a wide variety of duties including seating and serving patrons; ensuring optimal customer service with all of the customers I served by providing excellent service to ensure satisfaction with consumersTaking customer orders and delivering food and beverages.Making menu recommendations, answering questions and sharing additional information with restaurant patrons. Further duties included taking reservations and take-away orders telephonically as well as setting up tables.
