I coordinate multiple emergency agencies that provide medical assistance to over 18,000 runners. I also inventory all medical supplies required for the race each year, gather any needed supplies from different area hospitals/fire stations and ambulance companies. The Christie Clinic Illinois Marathon has three medical directors that represent the three major medical entities in the Champaign/Urbana area, I have the honor of arranging meetings and keeping communication open with all three of them.

Contiune to build a program for young parents emphasizing their need for support in parenting and life. Planning out the semester and then organizing the details of each weekly meeting with the activity, volunteers and dinner. Restructured the program to incorporate long time attendees into mentors for new mothers. Create community events for young parents, including a Community Baby Shower and Play Date

Built and maintain an online system for the management call schedule available from any where at any time. Produce FMLA paperwork for any team member, also created a new process for the team members. Mulit-task answering phones, greet interviewing candidates and entering all personnel paperwork electronically into each team members file.

Expanded the recruiter role into gathering data to justify the need of a new physician in departments. Met with departments to find out their ideal candidate and then worked to find the ideal candidate. Create a VIP experience when a candidate visited Christie Clinic, organizing family activities, arrange a community event and preparing special gifts for the candidate to be in there to great them when they arrived at the hotel.

Molded this role into sole responsibilities for the Chief Medical Officer, overseeing his calendar and daily activities. Coordinating meetings - monthly meetings with all department leaders, weekly meetings with department directors and daily meetings with officers. Multi-tasking answering phones, greeting guests, arranging meeting rooms and running day to day activities of the office.
