Managed day-to-day corporate and event operations, including scheduling and training of 30-40 employees, task assignments, inventory purchasing, loss prevention, customer service, and event planning and logistics. Oversee internal and external communications, orientation and onboarding of new hires, and problem-solving. Control purchases, address or escalate HR, payroll, and benefits related inquiries, and facilitate mediations and/or conflict resolution between individuals.
