Responsible for the management of the back office function for the Asset Management Team at Linc. This involves managing a team of administrators for compliance, Planned, ORP, Decarb, Reactive, Voids, the Financials of Assets , disrepair claims, insurance claims and Adaptations . Ensuring that all data is captured, maintained and reported on in the most efficient way. I am also responsible for taking the department through modernisation of new systems and technology collaborating with the ICT Team, making recommendations, writing processes and leading on projects to improve ways of working. I am also the contract manager for the out of hours service. In addition to the above I'm also responsible for the managing of two ORP projects, one for the installation of energy sensors through ORP funding, this includes writing the process collaborating with the wider business in how to capture and utilise these new insights captured by this technology. The 2nd project is overseeing the whole house assessments being completed by one of our contractors and to understand our current stock in order to take our properties to net zero as per WG requirements.

I have worked for Linc-Cymru Housing Association for 6 years. I started off as an administrator and progressed to a team leader currently managing a team of planned and reactive administrators.I really enjoy my job and love looking at new ways with my team to provide an outstanding service to tenants, contractors and other departments.
