I gained most of my working experience while at Morrisons, I worked in 4 different department in my time there, giving me a vast array of experience. I worked in the cafe for a short time, there I worked the till and delivered customer service, I then went to work on the checkouts. This again meaning my main role was to deliver good customer service.I then went to work in the cash office, it was essential to meet daily/hourly deadlines within the office. I had to do 3 times daily cash office float checks to ensure the money matched up with the computer systems calculations. I would deal with cash deliveries and with dispatching cash to checkouts and the G4S deliver. My most recent role at Morrison was Admin Assistant, this again meant daily/hourly deadlines, this would include stock reports, fridge/freezer temperature checks, placing orders for deliver, checking new prices and distributing the tickets to department.I would also take phone calls from customers/clients and pass them through to the appropriate department. And any other admin duties that were required.
