Since joining Taylor Fry in 2011, I have advised general insurers, accident compensation schemes, large corporations and government.I have supported regulators to improve their scheme performance, determine levies and assess premiums, and have guided state treasuries in managing their workers' compensation funds.My role also comprises working closely with self-insurers who hold liabilities across multiple Australian jurisdictions. I lead and manage teams of different sizes to set performance benchmarks, deliver insights, review strategy and assist my clients through challenging periods of legislative reform.I build financial projection models for my clients, including projections of claims and capital adequacy.
