HeARTful Yoga is a unique experience that links together the creative connections of yoga and art to tap into the process of creativity that lies within us all. Simple body and breath movement with awareness will help open us up for the playfulness of making a collaborative multi-media masterpiece. This masterpiece will uniquely capture the synergy of what the individual and the group brings forth from the yoga mat to the paper based on the custom-created themes for the session. From this experience, this collaborative masterpiece is later manufactured into specialty products, such as yoga pants, shorts, and bags for a keepsake creative yogic experience.

In this class we will slow things down a bit to focus intently on alignment, opening up the Chakras, and creating ease of motion in the body. Suitable for all levels, but geared for beginners, this is an opportunity to go within and let go of tension. Through focused self-awareness, hands on adjustments, props, and as always, the support of your breath, you will be guided through a mindful and healing practice.
