• Coordinate with the Admission office to recruit the best quality traditional, nontraditional and graduate students• Manage college discount factor and award covered and uncovered college scholarship funds• Manage the department budget• Review college scholarship matrix annually and adjust as necessary• Participate in Studies Abroad and Student Progress Committees to assist with retention and management of programs • Accurately report to Federal, State and Private agencies the breakdown of aid and how it is awarded• Maintain Program Participation Agreement for Title IV aid• Complete FISAP annually for Campus-Based Programs• Monitor federal and state regulations to remain in compliance• Develop policies and procedures on an ongoing basis to ensure compliance with institutional, state and federal regulations and to meet enrollment goals• Determine office policies with regards to packaging, verification, satisfactory academic progress, student and parent reviews• Complete annual internal audit of Title IV aid • Maintain PowerFAIDS database and create new award year annually • Create Cost of Attendance budget annually • Create immigration records for F-1 and J-1 students in SEVIS, maintain J-1 status in SEVIS and write the Exchange Visitor Annual Report
