  I began working at the Credit Union in the call center. A year later I applied for a new position as Core System Specialist, and was offered the position. As the department changed my role shifted as well and I became a Deposit Operations Specialist. It has recently fluctuated again as the Credit Union has grown and I am now an Electronic Payment Specialist. As a specialist in these three different positions I have learned how to test updates for our core system and to make edits as an Admin when necessary. I also handled outgoing wires, reviewed and approved business documentation to make sure it met our compliance standards and matched the information that was entered into the core, reviewed IRA transactions and documentation to make sure transactions were processed correctly, and reviewed, approved and on boarded all Trusts.In my role today I send outgoing wires, post incoming wires, review fraud notifications from one of our vendors for debit and credit cards, and review, approve and on board trusts.
