Drives sales in service and retail through a consultative sales process and implementing company wide initiatives. Expertly schedules appointments to generate the maximum productivity for the service provider and business. Owns the daily administration of the appointment book including check in, running late, no shows and check out. Instrumental in launching new products and services adopted by the company. Take the initiative to gain expert knowledge of the same and share with the coordination team. Ensures that the retail floor is well merchandised, engaging, clean and at par level. Expedited monthly cycle counts, purchase order receivals, back bar purchases and integrity of merchandise pricing. Processing daily register opening, closing and CDPs. Leads the resolution of discrepancies in close day paperwork. Maintains spa coordination schedule including shift changes and coverage.
