I am a highly skilled, driven-to-succeed professional who has a strong passion for the construction industry. I have over 20 years of experience in the various fields of construction. I have worked on new builds, full renovations, area-specific remodels, and modular builds. I started out doing the actual installation work as a sub-contractor for various companies including a national construction company that did the installation work for Home Depot. Later I moved on into project coordinating and project management. I have also passed 2 of my state exams to become a licensed state of Florida Contractor. I am well versed in a multitude of areas regarding residential construction as well as some commercial construction. One of my strongest accomplishments was solely starting and operating a successful construction company from the ground up during the peak of the pandemic. I single-handedly formed the LLC, became a Florida registered DEO employer, advertised & marketed, insured, and built an extremely successful construction management company all in one month using very little savings that I had left after paying all our bills during the month of March in 2020 (during Florida’s stay-at-home order’s ). Once the stay-at-home orders were lifted at the beginning of April the leads began to roll in. I single-handedly answered all calls, made appointments, did estimates, handled contracts, hired vendors, handled payroll, helped with design selections, did all material sourcing, managed all job sites, banking transactions, paying invoices, scheduling, hiring, training, and supervising of those in the field. Between the months of April 2020 and July 2020, my construction management company profited $130,000 after which I dissolved my company due to a divorce. I am an amazing asset to any company and have a drive unlike any other. I am not only driven to succeed myself but I am highly driven to further advance and rapidly grow any company I represent. I pride myself on being very level-headed, analytical, business-minded, amazing with finances, professional, well diversified, with a sharp mind that can problem solve on the spot and think outside the box. I care about customers and employees companies alike! I am very artistic, I have an amazing flare for design, and I can easily go from corporate executive mode to project management mode, from contractor to designer mode all while thinking of and adhering to the most successful and productive business practices possible to make any company rapidly grow while keeping an amazing customer driven focus!
