OneCause is the leading provider of technology that helps charities raise more money while adding fun and excitement to fundraising events. • Provide expert guidance to Peer-to-Peer customers• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through prompt, reliable, and personalized service• Develop and maintain a deep and accurate knowledge of the platform• Conduct software webinars, demos, and training• Collaborate cross-departmentally to regularly audit and evolve service offerings and scope• Maintain accurate Salesforce records of customer interactions • Escalate complex issues outside of their field of expertise. Conduct root cause investigation, bug identification, and replication steps, etc.• Curate, collaborate and publish software documentation in a digestible narrative. These can include FAQ documents, best practices, as well as comprehensive tutorials.

• On-boarding new clients, helping them utilize the BidPal software to best fit organization’s needs • Make sure client is using available resources such as webinars and videos to build their skill set • Host mini training with the client if beneficial and keep them on task to meet key deadlines• Conduct event consultation to collect “Run of Show” information to hand-off to onsite Event Managers• Maintain key client data in Salesforce.com and Planner

• Manage/Execute events on location, including assistants, clients and guests• Manage the BidPal technology, including auction laptops, credit card readers and software• Train client’s staff and volunteers prior to event start• Review auction and guest data in software and make appropriate changes where necessary• Lead the OneCause team and client to ensure clients are maximizing their event revenue
