Served as the official hostess and spokesperson for the Sheboygan County Fair, which included attending community events, speaking to schools and organizations, speaking to large crowds of fairgoers, working with the 4-H and FFA youth at the fair, hosting a cream puff eating contest with local government officials and celebrities, interviewing with local.

Researched under advisor, Sarah Lovern, PhDStudied the species Daphnia magna and how they were affected by different livestock pharmaceuticals, as well as documenting their reactions to the plastic beads found in shampoos and face washes. Purpose of the research was to deduce possible effects of pharmaceutical waste products on the ecosystem within Lake.
