• Taught two sections of a senior level Cognition Lab.• Mentored students through the process of researching, proposing, executing, analyzing, and writing up a semester long experimental research project.

• Managed numerous projects involving the creation and distribution surveys, the analysis of large and small data sets, working with various departments, and offer recommendations and solutions to problems.• Worked with the IT department to develop new databases with Alteryx to provide councils with membership dashboards.Select Projects:• National Employee Engagement – Managed the employee feedback program to determine employee engagement and satisfaction levels in order to improve the experience of employees and to provide managers with areas of improvement.• STEM Scouts Pilot Program Report – Designed and executed qualitative research studies to refine the pilot program and to determine whether the program was worth adopting on a national scale.• Adult Tenure Report – Gathered 20 years’ worth of quantitative data from the organization’s databases in order to explain how long most volunteers remain with the organization and where/when they are dropping out.• Facebook Geofencing – Worked with the marketing department to conduct an experiment on the impact of Facebook Geofencing on recruitment events and to determine the optimal geofencing conditions.• Council Market Analysis – Created reports for each individual council which served as the base of the upcoming year’s recruiting strategy. • Demographic Reports – Compiled qualitative and quantitative research about various demographic groups in order to better understand the experiences of and marketing strategies for Blacks, Asian Americans, and Hispanics in order to provide evidence-based options for recruiting playbooks and initiatives.

Co-taught week-long camps of up to 20 children about animals, conservation, photography, computer coding, habitat design, and careers in the zoo industry.

• Collaborated with colleagues to create, design, execute, and analyze studies examining the impact of visual aids on source memory accuracy and the importance of the location of distracting sounds.• Designed and taught three courses (120 students total) a semester on Cognitive and Social Psychology.

• Analyzed and interpreted qualitative and quantitative data to investigate theories of selective attention, why and how sounds distract us, memory biases, and working memory.• Designed experiments, programmed stimuli, and executed research plans using behavioral and physiological measures.
