I have gained QTS and am excited to start teaching. For the last 2 years I have been working as a supply teacher and have gained a vast amount of experience as both a teacher but more predominantly as a TA. This has enabled me to develop my knowledge and understanding of what both roles entail and how I can implement this within my own teaching practice. I’ll continue to develop my knowledge and skills as there is always more to learn and I aim to instil this in all the children I teach. I am creative, enthusiastic and dedicated, I believe in building a strong work life balance to ensure that I maintain my mental health. I strongly encourage and support others in doing the same. I enjoy new challenges and working as part of a team but I am also highly capable of working alone and to a high standard. I’m punctual, reliable and always well presented to ensure that wherever I work is getting the best I can provide.
