• Taught and supervised two 15-student K-5 classes about the benefits of fruit using the Nutrition Nuggets curriculum and lead a food demo of fruit skewers with banana yogurt dip.• Supported nursing staff by discussing patients’ labs and how their food affects lab values. Educated nurses on fluid accumulation and how low sodium indicates fluid overload.• Participated in staff relief for a week by covering two units, provided education for diabetes, screened and charted ten patients per day, and participated in interdisciplinary Intensive Care Unit (ICU) rounds alone on behalf of the dietitian while providing detailed updates for the preceptor.• Created a Diet Culture & Prediabetes Module for facilitators to use in the Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) for UC Davis Health staff that was adopted for the remaining University of California DPP programs.
