As a window commercial window specialist, my focus is on multi-family, historical, and higher education. I manage the entire project from blueprints to helping write the specs, measuring, shops, conception, procurement, mock-ups, water tests, etc. I am with the project from start to finish.

As a Millwork Specialist my main focus is our customers. Throughout my day I take customer phone calls, help the customers in the aisles, call customers on estimates, call vendors for pricing, product, and lead times, update customers on their orders, talk with our installers for install dates, pricing and installation information, and I take care of any issues that may arise in a quick and efficient manner. In Millwork I sell doors, windows, interior and exterior trim, shutters, garage doors and garage door openers. With every sale I ensure our customer has everything they may need to complete the project. I'm always learning more about our products and asking my sales representatives any questions I have to be able to sell their products to help my customers love where they live. At Lowe's we also offer installation so I make sure I am offering that to each and every customer, along with our credit card and MyLowe's program. I help out in the Pro Services department as well building deck estimates and quoting out material off of blueprints. I started working at Lowe's in Rogers in 2009 and started as a cashier, then I went to paint and home organization, then to tools and hardware, then to lawn and garden, I then got a promotion to Flooring Specialist. In 2011 Lowe's of Rogers was shut down and I went to another job for about a year. I came back to Lowe's in Blaine late 2012 where I started as a Millwork Specialist for close to a year, then was transferred to back to a Flooring Specialist as they needed help because they were very short staffed. In August of 2013 I accepted my current Job at Lowe's in Maple Grove as a Millwork Specialist. Show less

At Montague's as a server my main focus is the customers. I greeted them at their table, let them know of any specials for food and drink, entered their drinks into the computer, the bartender would get the alcoholic drinks and I would get the NA ones, bring the drinks to their table, take their food/appetizer orders, enter those in, if they got appetizers bring them plates, or a salad for entrées. Then run the food as it came out, come back and check how their food is and if they need anymore… Show more At Montague's as a server my main focus is the customers. During all of this I also run other tables food, take new customers orders, refill the salad bar, get the dishes out of dish area, refill juices, roll silverware, and help anyone else that need help.
