During my internship, I treated a socially, economically, and situationally diverse population of all ages. My strengths lie in working with those who are experiencing general anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, social anxiety, relationship issues, adjustment disorders, school and learning challenges, parent/child conflict, PTSD, grief, illness, life transitions, and other cognitive, behavioral and emotional issues. I strive to teach healthy coping skills and problem-solving techniques. I am extremely warm, non-judgemental, dedicated, supportive, and encouraging. I work collaboratively with my clients to help them achieve their desired outcomes and goals.
