About Danielle Mansfield

I am currently teaching in vocational education and training within the guidelines of the Food, Beverage and Pharmaceutical (FBP) Training Package, specialising in the units contained within the Diploma of Food Science and Technology. This includes actively maintaining and sharing my current personal knowledge and skills in vocational industry practice and teaching/pedagogy.
