I have ample experience in customer service and client relationships along with administrative background. I am self motivated, creative, outgoing, personable and enjoy staying busy. Currently, I am a customer service specialist in reception at an pet ER facility. My customer service and communication skills have truly been enhanced with the pressure of quick thinking, problem solving all while being sympathetic to those in an unprepared, emergent situations. Previously, I worked for over five years as a lead salon coordinator for a boutique waxing salon in Savannah, GA. Most of my growth came from within that company. I have learned to utilize my natural ability of being outgoing and passionate and empathetic for my work and for our guests. I learned how to lead and delegate in my position, to mentor to help others become successful. I also learned several conflict resolution techniques that have contributed to the exceptional experiences of our guests making us an award winning female owned and operated business. I was able to share my knowledge with the other employees of this small business. I have been so grateful to have been a part of that.Prior to those influential positions, I was introduced to an administrative position as a Project Coordinator for a small business at a data cabling company that had a national account with a large corporation. I had learned how to become organized and productive with my time as well as being resourceful. I was there for almost three years. I also have several years of working in the service industry being a server and bartender, giving me my first taste of customer service and learning how to communicate and work well with others and giving me the self motivated attitude since my success was based on that.I am seeking full time employment with full benefits, ideally in a remote position
