Joined the PW1100G-JM Product Support organization as the Fleet Support Manager. Leader within a multi-departmental, cross-discipline team to retrofit the global PW1100G-JM fleet with upgraded Low Pressure Turbine retrofit. Required constant communication and coordination with global customers, accounting for varying regulatory requirements and governmental restrictions in the COVID-19 environment. Developed customer specific, regional strategies to identify retrofit candidates and optimize overhaul shop capacity; managed the allocation of spare engines and supporting equipment. Team drove operational excellence by reducing overhaul time by 20% while engine inductions to the shop increased by 300%. Collaborated on developing a web-based software tool to quantitatively analyze engine candidacy based on streamlined inputs and then utilizing its outputted recommendation with customer focus teams’ insights for final determination. Developed a web based tool that centralized project status and metrics, taking into account accessibility for international and local contributors to monitor and contribute to the program in real time. Led in the preparation and management of Problem Resolution Plans to address current fleet-wide changes. Developed strategies to mitigate and resolve risk of Aircraft on Ground situations.
