• Develops reports and statistical information for Occupational Health clients in accordance with current Federal Regulations.
• Maintains current knowledge of Federal Regulations involving substance abuse testing and collection procedures.
• Manages Federal and Non-Federal controlled substance random programs.
• Coordinates collections with outside clinics to ensure expeditious reporting.

• Responsible for training and certifying St. Luke's Hospital Network employees with regard to drug testing collection and breath-alcohol testing procedures in a manner consistent with the DOT collector qualification.

• Obtain specimens for Urine Drug Screenings (UDS) and prepare shipment to be delivered to an outside laboratory.
• Receive and review network wide referrals to be sure patients meet office criteria.
• Remain in close contact with Network Detox Unit, inpatient rehabs, and County Probation offices to assist patients with outpatient treatment options and/or provide updates on patient progress.
• Obtain vital signs and review medical/surgical/family history, and appropriately update medical records if needed.
• Cross-trained on both check-in/check-out procedures, as well as closing the cash drawer when payments have been completed.
• Create provider and staff schedules using Microsoft Office.
