CurrentSpecialists in two or more areas of records such as financial records, law enforcement records, court records, student records, resident records and/or health records. Function as management consultant for complex manual and/or electronic forms and records. Schedules, maintains and coordinates storage, processing and destruction of manual and electronic records. Reviews and processes all factions of public records requests in accordance with state RCWs and retention schedules provided by Secretary of State. Assists in the development of public disclosure guidelines and training.Works in many database and records systems to include, CITE (WSP Specific), Adobe, Microsoft Office, Excel, JABS, Sector, and CAD.Completes accounts payable and billing documents regarding records payments.Communicates directly with the courts regarding adjudications of criminal justice cases and sentencing agreements as well as provide case files for prosecution.Fully maintains customer service relationships both in-office and while working remotely.
